NOLA Fight Night Event Adds Mitrione, Hendo Bouts

Three hard-hitting bouts will be heading to the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 6 for UFC Fight Night action in the Big Easy.

In an intriguing heavyweight showdown, Matt Mitrione will put his three-fight knockout streak on the line against Ben Rothwell, who is coming off the biggest win of his UFC career, a knockout of Alistair Overeem last September.

Also added to the card, which is headlined by the light heavyweight matchup between Daniel Cormier and Ryan Bader, is a middleweight bout pitting MMA superstar Dan "Hendo" Henderson against the hard-charging "Barbarian," Tim Boetsch, and a lightweight scrap between former Ultimate Fighter competitors Joe Proctor and Justin Edwards.

Tickets for UFC Fight Night, which will air live on FOX Sports 1, go on sale on Friday, April 10.
